Customer Expert – Music Streaming, Italian, English

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Bulgaria.

📋 Description

• Provide email and messaging system assistance for a prominent music streaming service.

• Offer non-voice customer support without phone interactions.

• Articulate solutions clearly and professionally.

• Aid users of the music streaming platform in resolving their issues.

• Collaborate with customers as part of a vibrant, multicultural international team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in both Italian and English, with strong written and verbal skills.

• Quick and precise typing abilities.

• Exceptional attention to detail.

• Capable of conveying solutions clearly and professionally.

• Customer-oriented approach and a problem-solving mindset.

• Prior experience in customer support is a plus.

• Valid EU work permit is required.

• Must be available for 8-hour shifts, 5 days a week.

• Availability from Monday to Sunday between 07:00 and 20:00.

• Must be able to work from home within Bulgaria.
