Customer Experience Professional

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Investigate client programs that align with skills, schedule, location, equipment, and eligibility.

• Respond to incoming customer calls.

• Provide assistance with inquiries and account-related needs.

• Handle service requests and transactions.

• Arrange roadside assistance or similar support.

• Offer travel, reservation, or scheduling assistance.

• Accurately document customer interactions.

• Navigate through multiple systems while helping customers.

• Deliver professional, solution-oriented service.

• Fulfill necessary registration, certification, and onboarding requirements.

• Offer services from a professional home-office setting.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or GED is required.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Basic typing and computer skills are necessary.

• Capability to navigate various applications.

• Dependable and professional work ethic.

• Ability to work autonomously.

• A quiet, distraction-free workspace at home.

• Reliable high-speed internet connection.

• A compatible Windows 11 computer and additional equipment may be necessary prior to servicing.

• Technical requirements may vary depending on the client program.

• Subject to state eligibility, client program availability, equipment requirements, relevant background checks, certification prerequisites, and individual qualifications.

• This is a 1099 independent contractor arrangement, not traditional employment.
