This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as a strategic consultant for enterprise clients
• Create tailored success roadmaps and adoption strategies that align with executive business objectives
• Collaborate with Account Executives, Technical Services, and Product Specialists
• Provide focused resources and minimize operational onboarding challenges
• Enhance long-term value realization and increase renewal speed
• Facilitate Executive Business Reviews (EBRs) and milestone evaluations
• Communicate quantifiable ROI across Security, IT Operations, DevOps, and Observability sectors
• Execute customer discovery meetings
• Identify operational hurdles and suggest impactful data utilization strategies
• Work alongside enterprise organizations to boost digital resilience and optimize technology investment returns
• At least 10 years of professional experience in customer success management, technical consulting, professional services, or enterprise technical support
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in managing accounts or implementing technical solutions within Cybersecurity, IT Operations, Observability, or DevOps settings
• At least 3 years of experience managing enterprise customer accounts, overseeing strategic customer journeys, or executing multi-stakeholder technical projects
• Proven experience in preparing and delivering Executive Business Reviews (EBRs/QBRs), milestone-driven adoption strategies, or value realization frameworks to customer leadership
• Willingness to travel up to 25%
• Must be a U.S. citizen
• Practical experience with Splunk Enterprise/Cloud, SIEM platforms, observability tools, or big data analytics architectures
• Previous experience in team leadership, talent development, or technical project management
• Capability to convey complex technical value propositions to C-Suite executives, product owners, and technical decision-makers
• Experience coordinating resources across Sales, Product Engineering, and Technical Support
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or relevant industry certifications such as Splunk Certified Core Consultant, ITIL, or PMP (preferred)
