This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as a strategic consultant for enterprise clients
• Create tailored success roadmaps and adoption strategies that align with executive business objectives
• Collaborate with Account Executives, Technical Services, and Product Specialists
• Provide targeted resources and address operational onboarding challenges
• Foster long-term value realization and enhance renewal velocity
• Conduct Executive Business Reviews and assess milestones
• Communicate measurable ROI across Security, IT Operations, DevOps, and Observability sectors
• Facilitate customer discovery sessions
• Identify operational bottlenecks and recommend high-impact data utilization strategies
• Assist enterprise clients in navigating transformative adoption journeys within cybersecurity, observability, and IT operations platforms
• At least 10 years of professional experience in customer success management, technical consulting, professional services, or enterprise technical support
• A minimum of 3 years managing accounts or implementing technical solutions in Cybersecurity, IT Operations, Observability, or DevOps settings
• At least 3 years of experience in managing enterprise customer accounts, strategic customer journeys, or multi-stakeholder technical projects
• Proficient in preparing and presenting Executive Business Reviews (EBRs/QBRs), milestone-based adoption plans, or value realization frameworks to customer leadership
• Willingness to travel up to 25% for on-site customer interactions, executive briefings, and strategic planning sessions
• Practical experience with Splunk Enterprise/Cloud, SIEM platforms, observability tools, or big data analytics architectures
• Previous professional experience in team leadership, mentoring, or technical project management
• Capability to communicate complex technical value propositions to C-Suite executives, product owners, and technical decision-makers
• Experience in coordinating cross-functional resources across Sales, Product Engineering, and Technical Support
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or relevant industry certifications like Splunk Certified Core Consultant, ITIL, or PMP
• Must be a United States citizen
