This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Convert customer use cases into detailed technical requirements, configurations, integrations, workflows, and plans for production readiness.
• Assist with deployment and optimization by offering architectural guidance, configuration recommendations, APIs, scripts, automation, and adherence to technical best practices.
• Conduct in-depth technical analyses, diagnose intricate configuration and integration challenges, develop solutions, and manage technical escalations in collaboration with Support and Engineering.
• Aid customers in incorporating Noma into their ongoing security and operational workflows through workshops, enablement sessions, runbooks, and reusable implementation strategies.
• Work closely with Customer Solutions, Product, Engineering, Research, Security, and Support teams, relaying valuable technical insights from customers back into the platform.
• Over 5 years of experience in a customer-facing technical role within a B2B SaaS context, such as Solutions Engineering, implementation engineering, technical account management, customer engineering, or technical consulting.
• Proficient in scripting languages like Python, Bash, or similar for diagnostics, automation, data processing, and integrations.
• Practical experience with APIs, authentication processes, logs, cloud environments, security measures, system integrations, and troubleshooting in production settings.
• Strong communication abilities, capable of leading technical discussions with customers and articulating complex concepts in a clear manner.
• A proactive, customer-oriented mindset with robust problem-solving skills and a focus on scalable, reusable solutions.
• Knowledge of AI technologies and workflows, including generative AI, LLM applications, RAG, AI agents, AI development pipelines, and MCP.
• A background in cybersecurity, cloud security, application security, data protection, or cloud infrastructure.
• Familiarity with containers, CI/CD systems, infrastructure as code, observability platforms, CRMs, or ticketing systems.
