Customer Enablement Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Implement scalable educational initiatives, including self-paced, live, cohort-based, and peer-led learning experiences.

• Create outcome-oriented learning paths and adaptive journeys customized for key roles, use cases, and adoption milestones.

• Produce and sustain reusable content such as courses, guides, videos, templates, and interactive simulations.

• Collaborate across departments with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure education aligns with launches and to identify educational gaps.

• Provide internal training to global Customer Success teams to maintain consistency in the Customer Journey, Strategy Execution, and customer outcomes.

• Monitor and assess learning engagement, proficiency, and product adoption to enhance program effectiveness continuously.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in customer education, instructional design, or large-scale Customer Success, preferably in B2B SaaS.

• Demonstrated capability to create modern learning experiences utilizing microlearning, real-world scenarios, and social learning principles.

• Strong skills in content creation with the ability to distill complex product workflows into practical learning assets.

• A data-informed approach and comfort in using product and learning metrics to drive enhancements in programs.

• Exceptional skills in cross-functional collaboration and program management within a fast-paced setting.

• Knowledge of collaboration or visual work platforms like Mural and principles of design thinking.

• Experience with LMS, digital adoption platforms, and AI-driven learning tools.

• Background in designing customer academies, community-driven learning, or cohort-based programs.
