Customer Care Team Member

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +9 more states.

📋 Description

• Manage outbound calls with professionalism and efficiency.

• Achieve and uphold outbound calling targets and performance metrics.

• Leverage available resources to record all outbound call attempts and their outcomes.

• Develop a comprehensive understanding of Medicare and Medicaid plans, including their benefits and features.

• Assist in scheduling appointments, conducting welcome calls, and performing health assessments.

• Deliver a professional consumer experience through strong listening and communication skills.

• Uphold the company’s commitment to high ethical standards.

• Collaborate closely with both internal and external consumer customers.

• Meet established performance standards, including attendance/schedule adherence, average handle time, quality score, goals, and metrics.


⛳️ Requirements

• Exceptional customer service and data entry abilities.

• Strong analytical thinking, outstanding listening skills, and meticulous attention to detail.

• Capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Intermediate to advanced experience in troubleshooting computer application issues while managing multiple windows.

• Proficiency in navigating and engaging with various interfaces while conversing.

• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including holidays, weekends, and evenings.

• Preferred: At least 1 year of call center experience.

• Preferred: Previous experience in the medical or health insurance sector.

• Familiarity with medical and Medicare terminology is advantageous.

• Openness to constructive feedback and a desire for self-improvement.

• Must reside in one of the following states: AR, FL, GA, IL, KS, NH, NJ, OH, TN, TX, PA, VA.

• Personal Windows 11 Operating System required, along with a webcam and USB headset (equipment not provided).

• A reliable high-speed internet connection via ethernet is necessary.

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.

• Effective communication skills in both verbal and written English.

• Professional grammar skills and the ability to read and write in English.

• Must successfully complete all assessments and systems checks.
