This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Engage regularly with patients, healthcare professionals, customers, trade associations, and organizations via inbound and outbound calls, faxes, and emails.
• Deliver information regarding client products and services across various therapeutic areas and industries.
• Quickly adapt to evolving circumstances and employ innovative solutions beyond standard calling requirements.
• Communicate calls to action, which may include requests for decisions, recommendations, purchases, usage, prescriptions, administrative tasks, or other product/service-related actions.
• Review, interpret, and respond to provided data.
• Convey messages, product information, and specific offers to customers and clients.
• Facilitate the trial, adoption, and usage of client products or services.
• Exhibit proficiency in utilizing information technology, PCs, and databases.
• Contribute to program goals and outcomes through knowledge of product and program information.
• Gather necessary information and record it in a CRM system or database.
• Uphold quality standards while adhering to client call guides and guidelines.
• Comply with industry regulations and guidelines when communicating and documenting CRM activities.
• Ensure client/program confidentiality and maintain accurate call/case documentation.
• Adhere to company policies, program work instructions, and standard operating procedures.
• A High School Diploma or GED is required.
• At least one (1) year of professional customer service experience involving inbound calls and/or outbound dialing is required.
• Prior call center experience is preferred.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, and technical procedures.
• Proficient in writing reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
• Capable of effectively presenting information and addressing questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the public.
• Able to understand and apply basic math principles when analyzing data and generating reports.
• Competence in applying logical thinking principles to a broad range of intellectual and practical problems.
• Familiarity with Microsoft products.
• Commitment to adhering to Uniphar's information security policies, employee handbook, and security and privacy regulatory requirements.
• Strong time management skills and adherence to schedules.
• Professional verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.

• Candidates must be available Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. Eastern time.
