Customer Care Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Listen attentively to customers with patience and respect to grasp their needs and issues.

• Utilize available resources and troubleshooting methods to provide customized solutions promptly and efficiently.

• Build strong customer relationships through friendly, responsive, and supportive interactions.

• Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, chat, email, and social media platforms.

• Address inquiries regarding package logistics, returns, refunds, product information, and warranty assistance.

• Aid customers with website navigation, product selection, and general inquiries.

• Prior experience in customer service.

• Strong interpersonal skills.

• Proficient written and verbal communication.

• Competency in computer usage.

• High School Diploma or equivalent qualification.

• Background in customer service, customer support, typing, hospitality, retail, call center, or inbound calls.

• Intermediate-level experience required.

• Capability to provide assistance through phone, chat, email, and social media.

• Familiarity with handling package logistics, returns, refunds, product information, and warranty support.
