Customer Care Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Address customer concerns with empathy and understanding.

• Deliver precise and timely solutions utilizing available resources.

• Foster trust through friendly, responsive, and supportive interactions.

• Assist customers via phone, chat, email, and social media platforms.

• Help with package tracking, returns, refunds, product information, and warranties.

• Guide customers in navigating the website and selecting products.

• Complete a paid orientation followed by three weeks of full-time training.

• Work designated shifts post-training based on availability and business requirements.

• Prior experience in customer service.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word).

• High School Diploma or equivalent qualification.

• A quiet workspace free from distractions.

• Internet connection with at least 50 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speeds.

• No wireless internet providers permitted.

• Availability for mandatory training sessions.

• Flexibility for peak-season scheduling from Monday to Sunday, 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM CST.
