Customer Care Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Address customer concerns with understanding and patience.

• Deliver precise and prompt solutions utilizing available resources.

• Establish trust through courteous, responsive, and supportive interactions.

• Assist customers via phone, chat, email, and social media platforms.

• Help with package tracking, returns, refunds, product details, and warranties.

• Guide customers in navigating the website and selecting products.

• Complete paid orientation and undergo full-time training.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in customer service.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word).

• High School Diploma or equivalent qualification.

• Preferred background in Hospitality, Retail, Food Service, or Call Center environments.

• Experience in Customer Care and Inbound Call Handling.

• A quiet workspace free from distractions.

• Internet connection with a minimum of 50 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload; wireless providers are not accepted.

• Availability for standard hours Monday–Saturday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM CST.

• Availability for peak season hours from November to January, Monday–Sunday, 8:00 AM–7:00 PM CST.

• Required attendance for all training sessions.

• Full-time commitment for training during Weeks 1–3, Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM CST.
