Customer Care Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Deliver exceptional customer service through various channels including phone, chat, email, and social media.

• Address inquiries regarding package logistics, returns, refunds, product information, and warranty assistance.

• Guide customers through website navigation, aid in product selection, and answer general queries.

• Provide thoughtful, effective, and customized customer support.

• Resolve customer issues with empathy and professionalism.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must reside in Arizona or Nevada.

• Previous experience in customer service, specifically in responding to inquiries and resolving issues.

• Proficient in computer navigation while conversing on the phone.

• High School Diploma or equivalent qualification.
