This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Facilitate communication between internal teams and clients.

• Provide a smooth and consistent experience for customers.

• Establish and nurture long-term relationships with customers through regular personal engagement.

• Assess and understand the unique needs of each customer.

• Ensure the ongoing satisfaction of both companies and their employees.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed degree in business administration or a related field.

• A minimum of two years of relevant professional experience.

• Preferably, experience in managing key accounts, project management, or Customer Success Management.

• Strong focus on service and customer satisfaction.

• Possess empathy, assertiveness, and exceptional communication skills.

• Ability to work independently with a solution-oriented mindset.

• Excellent planning and coordination abilities.

• Proficient in both German and English, with strong business negotiation skills in both languages.
