This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Address customer inquiries through phone, email, and social media platforms.

• Support customers with orders, returns, refunds, shipping inquiries, and warranty claims.

• Assist customers in navigating websites and locating products that fulfill their requirements.

• Investigate and resolve customer issues with professionalism and empathy.

• Accurately document customer interactions.

• Foster positive relationships with customers by providing responsive, solution-focused service.

• Adhere to assigned schedules based on business requirements post-training.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in customer service is required.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities are essential.

• Capability to manage multiple computer systems while interacting with customers.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and other basic computer software.

• High School Diploma or equivalent qualification is needed.

• Experience with high-volume inbound calls is desirable.

• Must have open availability.

• A quiet, distraction-free workspace is necessary.

• A wired internet connection is mandatory.

• Minimum internet speed requirement is 50 Mbps for downloads and 10 Mbps for uploads.

• Ability to work independently with minimal distractions is required.

• Candidates must reside in Texas.
