This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Address customer inquiries through phone, email, and social media platforms.

• Provide assistance with orders, returns, refunds, shipping inquiries, and warranty claims.

• Guide customers in navigating websites to locate products that suit their needs.

• Investigate and resolve customer issues with professionalism and empathy.

• Accurately document customer interactions.

• Foster positive customer relationships through prompt, solution-focused service.

• Adhere to assigned schedules based on business requirements following training.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in customer service is essential.

• Excellent written and verbal communication capabilities.

• Competence in navigating multiple computer systems while engaging with customers.

• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and other fundamental computer applications.

• High School Diploma or equivalent qualification is required.

• Experience in handling high-volume inbound calls is preferred.

• Flexibility in availability is necessary.

• A quiet, distraction-free workspace is required.

• A wired internet connection is mandatory.

• Minimum internet speed of 50 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload is needed.

• Ability to work independently with minimal distractions.

• Must be a resident of Texas.
