Customer Care Advisor, Seasonal Temp – 6-Month Contract

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure the brand exceeds customer expectations.

• Offer tailored and personalized service to each customer.

• Address customer inquiries within established response times.

• Manage queries via live chat, telephone, email, and social media platforms.

• Foster customer relationships and take initiative when resolving inquiries.

• Coordinate with the warehouse team and couriers to address order-related issues.

• Collaborate closely with retail locations and other departments within the head office.

• Handle a high volume of customer calls and emails during the busy Christmas season.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 1 year of demonstrated experience in a similar position, including live chat, phone, and email communication, whether in an office setting or remotely.

• A genuine passion for providing excellent customer care.

• A confident and comfortable demeanor on the phone.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.

• Comfort working in a fast-paced, multi-channel environment.

• Ability to show initiative in various situations.

• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.

• High level of attention to detail.

• Willingness to work until 8pm on one or two evenings each week.

• Availability for occasional Saturday and bank holiday coverage.
