Customer Advisor – Full-Time, German-Speaking

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Guide new clients from their initial contact to personalized financial planning.

• Conduct consultations, evaluate insurance and retirement planning needs, and create customized solutions.

• Adhere to established standards and reliably document processes.

• Ensure seamless and efficient execution of tasks.

• Act as the primary contact point and address customer inquiries with clarity and professionalism.

• Foster strong customer relationships through regular follow-up.

• Organize processes and provide support to the team.

• Contribute to the ongoing improvement of workflows.

• High school diploma, completed commercial apprenticeship, or an equivalent or higher-level qualification.

• Residency in Germany.

• A structured, responsible, and solution-oriented work approach.

• Reliable, professional, and friendly communication skills—in person, by phone, and digitally.

• Confidence in working with established systems and defined processes.

• Willingness to take ownership of your responsibilities and complete tasks diligently.

• Experience in customer consulting, sales, or financial services is an advantage but not mandatory.
