Customer Advisor – Finance & Insurance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Provide guidance to employees of client companies regarding financial wellness, insurance, retirement planning, and personal finance.

• Act as a primary point of contact via phone, email, and digital platforms.

• Ensure a superior customer experience.

• Manage customer inquiries from initial consultation to implementation independently.

• Clarify complex subjects in a straightforward, understandable, and audience-appropriate manner.

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of services and processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed vocational training, a degree, or relevant experience in customer advisory, insurance, banking, financial services, or customer service.

• Career changers with a strong service mindset and a keen interest in financial topics are encouraged to apply.

• Enjoy interacting with people and providing advisory support.

• Possess a structured, independent, and solution-driven approach to work.

• Proficient in the German language.

• Comfortable using digital tools, CRM systems, and modern communication methods.
