Customer Advisor – Finance & Insurance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Provide guidance to employees of client organizations regarding financial wellbeing, insurance, retirement planning, and personal finances.

• Act as a primary contact via phone, email, and digital platforms.

• Deliver an outstanding customer experience.

• Manage customer inquiries independently from initial consultation to implementation.

• Articulate complex subjects clearly and in a manner suitable for the audience.

• Participate in the ongoing enhancement of services and processes.

• Completed vocational training, a university degree, or pertinent experience in customer advisory roles, insurance, banking, financial services, or customer service.

• Individuals transitioning careers with a strong service mindset and interest in financial matters are encouraged to apply.

• Enjoy collaborating with individuals and providing sound advice.

• Possess a structured, self-driven, and solution-focused work approach.

• Fluent in German with excellent language skills.

• Proficient in utilizing digital tools, CRM systems, and contemporary communication methods.
