This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of cross-sell revenue within a designated territory of current K-12 clients.
• Assist school districts in incorporating Securly product lines that they have not yet adopted.
• Execute scaled one-to-many campaigns for smaller districts utilizing sequences, webinars, and bundled offers.
• Engage in personalized outreach and calling for mid-size and larger districts.
• Develop account plans and foster multi-threaded relationships among district stakeholders.
• Manage a quota and oversee the entire sales cycle.
• Prospect, conduct discovery, create business cases, negotiate, and finalize deals.
• Build a pipeline and enhance forecast accuracy.
• Close transactions across various product lines and customer segments.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, Marketing, RevOps, and Channel Partners.
• Report directly to the SVP.
• Contribute to the development of the playbook for future hires.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience as an AE, Account Manager, or CSM with a demonstrated history of successfully closing cross-sell deals, preferably in SaaS or EdTech.
• Experience in K-12 EdTech sales, or a strong background in K-12 education with proven success in an AE, CSM, or Account Manager position.
• Proven ability to meet sales targets.
• Capability to conduct high-volume outreach and manage multi-stakeholder deals that span several months.
• Comprehensive sales experience, including prospecting, discovery, business-case formulation, negotiation, and deal closure.
• Proficiency in aligning customer needs with multi-product solutions.
• Strong forecasting skills, including maintaining clean pipelines and accurate sales stages.
• Familiarity with AI tools for conducting account research, territory planning, and personalized outreach.
• Genuine curiosity regarding school purchasing processes and an interest in student safety.
• Must be able to work fully remotely from within the U.S.
• Up to $40,000 in variable compensation.
