This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Conduct curriculum development, which includes background research as well as the creation of educational materials and tools
• Document emerging learning trends and transform them into innovative learning tools and products
• Design and manage digital platforms for the delivery of curriculum
• Facilitate communication and knowledge-sharing activities across digital platforms
• Organize and coordinate virtual curriculum gatherings
• Provide support for the WfW Community of Learning over a 12-month duration
• Carry out qualitative needs assessments with incoming grantees
• Develop learning pathways, which encompass remote curriculum and facilitated practical work
• Host 8 virtual gatherings
• Create and implement methods for evaluating the impact of grantee projects as well as the overall network
• Design and execute self-assessment methods focusing on gender equity and gender-related rights
• Proficient in both written and spoken English
• Experienced with digital platforms such as WhatsApp, Slack, ZOOM, and Google Docs
• Skilled in software applications including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Strong interpersonal abilities along with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Basic experience and comfort level with curriculum design and evaluation of educational curricula
