This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Design, develop, and implement technical and solution training for Velotic, its channel partners, and customers.
• Identify student personas.
• Choose learning modalities, such as eLearning, video-based, self-guided hands-on, instructor-led, examinations, and certifications.
• Establish learning objectives and outcomes.
• Plan projects effectively.
• Coordinate with subject matter experts.
• Produce student video, HTML, and PDF materials.
• Create instructor presentation assets and guides.
• Develop courseware templates for the Learning Management System (LMS).
• Build sample systems.
• Oversee and maintain the curriculum lifecycle.
• Analyze feedback and metrics.
• Evaluate lifecycle stages and estimate maintenance efforts.
• Update or adapt materials based on anticipated needs.
• Communicate progress to functional stakeholders.
• Collaborate with engineering, marketing, and services teams to create technical enablement assets.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Over 5 years of pertinent experience.
• Exceptional written English communication skills.
• Proven ability to simplify complex technical concepts into clear and accessible learning materials.
• Experience in documentation development and management for a software company or Center of Excellence (COE).
• Technically skilled with software tools and suites, including operations, configuration, and extensions (not programming).
• Capability to work primarily during PST and CST business hours.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, marketing, and services teams.
