• Execute design, development, and testing tasks

• Write, test, debug, implement, and document software programs

• Investigate and assess existing systems and program specifications

• Design programs for new projects or enhancements to current programs

• Develop specifications for programs of low to moderate complexity

• Aid in addressing production support challenges

• Formulate alternative strategies for problem-solving

• Create test plans to validate new or updated program logic

• Detect issues and produce program code along with technical documentation

• Perform quality assurance tasks, including peer reviews

• Practical experience with C programming

• Hands-on experience with Unix/Linux operating systems

• Familiarity with Oracle SQL and PL/SQL

• Proficiency in batch job automation and notification services

• Experience in complex SQL tasks and query optimization

• Capability to work autonomously within a business environment

• Knowledge of Member, Managed Care, Provider, Financial, or Claims sectors is an advantage
