📋 Description

• Oversee vendor management

• Keep independent contractor records and documentation current

• Generate HR-related reports and paperwork

• Facilitate onboarding activities and orientation sessions for independent contractors

• Promote, support, and exemplify a service-oriented culture that emphasizes employee engagement, quality, and service excellence

• Address inquiries from independent contractors and resolve HR-related matters

• Aid in the organization of training and development initiatives

• Deliver human resources services, assist members and virtual assistants, process contracts, update records, enhance retention, and enforce safety and health regulations

• Exceptional organizational and time management abilities

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace

• Preferred: A minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative or HR support position

• Basic knowledge of HR processes and labor laws is a plus

• Must possess a keen attention to detail and manage confidential information with integrity

• Must be willing to work from home on a permanent basis

• Computer processor requirements: Intel Core i5-6000 (6th Gen or higher) or AMD Ryzen 5 or higher

• Minimum computer memory/RAM: 8.00 GB

• Required operating system: at least Windows 11 64-bit or macOS Ventura

• USB-type headset with noise-cancelling capability

• Camera that provides clear and crisp video output

• Backup system or UPS that can sustain the workstation for a minimum of 3 hours

• Primary internet connection: DSL/Fiber with a minimum speed of 100mb/s

• Backup internet option with at least 20mb/s (Cell)

• Recommended system specifications: Intel Core i7/i9/Core Ultra or AMD Ryzen 7 or higher, 16.00 GB RAM, Windows 11 64-bit or macOS Tahoe, noise-cancelling USB headset, clear video camera, 500mb/s DSL/Fiber connection, and 20mb/s backup internet
