This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Provide high-quality communications consulting and produce communication products for a diverse clientele.
• Evaluate the profitability of consulting and production offerings while ensuring compliance with established systems and controls.
• Cultivate relationships with Pensions Administration, various Practices, and IT departments.
• Keep precise records of client meetings, actions taken, and crucial decisions made.
• Execute communications projects within the agreed-upon client budgets.
• Compose and refine copy for various communication products and channels, utilizing diverse writing styles.
• Review, edit, and proofread content to ensure both technical accuracy related to pensions and grammatical correctness.
• Test digital content to verify successful deployment.
• Manage and support data-driven projects, such as the production of Annual Benefit Statements and Pension Increase communications.
• Collaborate with the internal print unit to develop offline client solutions.
• Configure client projects and quotes within the project management system.
• Adhere to production processes and controls, which include email campaigns and website development.
• Create production schedules for clients and secure necessary delivery resources.
• Assist colleagues with both consulting and production initiatives.
• Uphold project management ISO standards, encompassing project plans, version control, file naming conventions, status reports, and communications.
• Secure and validate external cost estimates with clients while monitoring documented expenses.
• Experience in a communications role within defined benefit pensions or the financial services sector.
• Demonstrated strategic thinking and leadership capabilities in communications planning and execution.
• Outstanding copywriting, editing, and proofreading abilities.
• Experience in budget management and achieving revenue targets.
• Familiarity with the bid process and crafting commercial proposals.
• Exceptional skills in managing and influencing internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong organizational capabilities and meticulous attention to detail.
• Openness to guidance and a positive attitude towards constructive feedback.
• Knowledge of pensions legislation.
• Experience working with public sector clients or central government.
• Possession of PMI or equivalent qualifications.
