Crypto Operations Associate – EMEA Coverage

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Oversee and monitor all customer activities on a daily basis

• Carry out daily operational responsibilities related to trading, new accounts, and cash management

• Execute cryptocurrency trades and manage exceptions, errors, and corrections

• Provide assistance with customer onboarding processes, including KYC and account approvals

• Review general ledger accounts and resolve discrepancies

• Support the Anti-Money Laundering Program and conduct investigations into suspicious activities

• Propel enhancements across workflows, policies, and tools

• Communicate efficiently with internal and external stakeholders

• Undertake ad hoc duties and projects as required

• Work remotely during core hours from 9am to 5pm PT, committing to 8 hours per day and observing US market holidays

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a broker-dealer, financial services, trading, or cryptocurrency operations role

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience

• Knowledge of cryptocurrency or a strong eagerness to learn

• Capacity to work effectively and collaboratively within a team as well as independently

• Excellent attention to detail and adept problem-solving abilities

• Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment

• Flexibility to adapt to a swiftly evolving business and regulatory landscape

• Interest or familiarity with FinTech, financial markets, cryptocurrencies, and investment applications
