Croatian Language Specialist – Freelance AI Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

📋 Description

• Engage with AI models in scenarios utilizing the Croatian language.

• Assess advanced language models on aspects such as grammar, syntax, morphology, spelling, phonology, pragmatics, and other relevant linguistic subjects.

• Ensure the factual accuracy and logical integrity of model outputs.

• Document reproducible error traces and outline failure modes.

• Propose enhancements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics.

• Contribute to the training of the next generation of AI models designed for Croatian speakers.

⛳️ Requirements

• Expertise in the Croatian language.

• Profound understanding of Croatian grammar, syntax, morphology, spelling, phonology, and pragmatics.

• Capability to analyze verb conjugation, case inflection, sentence structure, aspectual distinctions, regional dialects, and nuances of formal/informal language.

• A Master's or PhD in Croatian language, linguistics, or a closely related discipline is preferred.

• Experience with peer-reviewed publications, teaching, or practical linguistic analysis projects is a plus.

• Strong metacognitive communication skills and the ability to demonstrate reasoning.

• Access to a secure computer and high-speed internet connection.

• Proficiency in the Croatian language.
