CRM Specialist, Salesforce Marketing Cloud

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with a CRM Manager on a client's Salesforce Marketing Cloud initiative

• Potentially engage directly with clients to develop and execute the CRM communication strategy informed by their feedback

• Utilize the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform to manage Email, Push, SMS, and WhatsApp communications

• Design and modify responsive HTML email templates

• Create and manage segments and lists for distribution

• Generate and schedule one-off Email, Push, SMS, and WhatsApp campaigns

• Develop and oversee communication programs, customer journeys, and automated workflows

• Establish and maintain automations within the platform

• Implement email personalization using variables

• Evaluate campaign performance and analyze key performance indicators, such as deliverability, opens, clicks, and conversions

• Derive insights from results to propose enhancements and optimizations

• Offer strategic guidance to the client for refining and advancing the proposed strategy

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in operating Salesforce Marketing Cloud

• Skilled in HTML for email creation

• Familiarity with Google Analytics

• Knowledgeable in Google tools, including Sheets, Slides, and Docs

• Experience in analyzing CRM campaign performance, focusing on operational and financial KPIs

• Background in inbound campaigns and communication programs, particularly automated workflows for Email, SMS, Push, and WhatsApp

• Ability to work independently and autonomously in multidisciplinary teams

• Basic understanding of SQL and AMPscript

• Fluent or advanced proficiency in English (preferred)

• Possession of CRM platform certifications (preferred)

• Familiarity with Salesforce Data Cloud (preferred)
