This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +1 more state.
• Oversee intricate CRM solution design projects involving sales, marketing, service, and customer experience teams.
• Create comprehensive CRM architecture, which encompasses data models and integrations with ERP systems, servicing platforms, data warehouses, and third-party applications.
• Collaborate with internal business stakeholders and external implementation partners to transform business requirements into CRM solutions.
• Develop and advocate for the CRM technology roadmap, which includes automation and AI-driven tools.
• Offer technical guidance, training, and mentorship to CRM developers, administrators, and architects.
• Potentially supervise other architects in establishing CRM architecture best practices, governance, and standards related to data management and security.
• Provide technical oversight to ensure CRM solutions align with enterprise technology directions and data governance standards.
• Keep abreast of advancements in CRM platforms and suggest strategies for incorporating new capabilities.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in software development or CRM systems implementation.
• 5 to 7 years of experience functioning as a technical architect.
• Robust, proven expertise in delivering complex solutions.
• Demonstrated capability to lead design initiatives for large-scale CRM solutions.
• Profound knowledge of CRM platforms.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Business insight in converting sales, marketing, and service requirements into viable CRM solutions.
• Capacity to swiftly learn new CRM features and business functionalities.
• Strong understanding of data modeling and relational databases.
• Familiarity with CRM data architecture.
• Knowledge of best practices and methods for integrating CRM platforms with internal applications and external partners.
• Practical knowledge of network, server, and/or cloud infrastructure necessary to host CRM platforms.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future visa sponsorship.
