CRM Software Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil, +5 more countries.

📋 Description

• Set up and tailor Zoho CRM modules, layouts, forms, fields, profiles, roles, and access permissions.

• Create and sustain custom functionalities within Zoho CRM and associated Zoho applications.

• Execute business workflows, blueprints, automation processes, approval workflows, and notifications.

• Develop bespoke reports, dashboards, KPIs, and analytical solutions.

• Configure CRM environments in line with predefined solution designs and implementation requirements.

• Build custom solutions utilizing Zoho Deluge, JavaScript, REST APIs, webhooks, SDKs, custom functions, and serverless integrations.

• Write, test, deploy, and maintain CRM scripts and automation processes.

• Create reusable components and establish development standards for various company implementations.

• Diagnose, optimize, and enhance current CRM functionalities.

• Design and uphold integrations between Zoho CRM and ERP systems, financial applications, support platforms, marketing automation tools, eCommerce solutions, and third-party APIs.

• Establish API connections and middleware solutions.

• Assist with data synchronization and automate workflows across different platforms.

• Support data migration initiatives from Salesforce, NetSuite CRM, Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot, and older CRM systems.

• Carry out data mapping, transformation, validation, and migration assistance.

• Create import and validation scripts to enhance migration efficiency and data integrity.

• Resolve CRM-related issues and deliver technical support.

• Monitor system performance and proactively tackle technical challenges.

• Engage in testing, deployment, and release management processes.

• Maintain development, testing, and production environments.

• Assist with CRM upgrades and the deployment of new features.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent practical experience.

• Over 4 years of experience in CRM development, software engineering, or business systems development.

• Practical experience in configuring, customizing, and developing within enterprise CRM platforms, ideally Zoho CRM.

• Familiarity with CRM systems like Zoho CRM, Salesforce, HubSpot, Sage Intacct, NetSuite CRM, or QuickBooks.

• Extensive experience in developing and supporting REST API integrations and third-party system integrations.

• Proficiency in Zoho Deluge scripting and automating workflows.

• Strong understanding of JavaScript, SQL, JSON, and XML.

• Experience with CRM customization, workflow design, business process automation, and data migration activities.

• Background in implementing, enhancing, or migrating CRM solutions.

• Knowledgeable in integration architecture, data mapping, and system troubleshooting.

• Familiarity with the Zoho One ecosystem, including Zoho Flow, Zoho Creator, Zoho Analytics, and Zoho Desk, is preferred.

• Experience with Salesforce administration or development is an advantage.

• Proficient in using Git or other source control platforms.

• Strong problem-solving and debugging abilities with the capacity to identify and resolve intricate technical issues.

• Detail-oriented with exceptional documentation and organizational skills.

• Ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Operations.

• Strong time management skills, capable of handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
