CRM Retention Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Initiate player communications in accordance with the approved Promotional Plan.

• Establish and oversee campaigns across various channels, including Email, Push, In-App, Inbox, and others.

• Set up automated campaigns, triggered communications, and player communication journeys.

• Arrange transactional communications.

• Independently configure bonuses based on established terms and conditions, such as free spins, deposit bonuses, and wagering requirements.

• Collaborate with the Content Team for copywriting requests and the Design Team for design needs.

• Create, manage, and update tasks within the Task Manager, ensuring accurate status updates and compliance with deadlines.

• Conduct basic quality assurance checks prior to campaign launches to verify accurate content, settings, targeting, and bonus conditions.

• Track campaign performance metrics, including open rates, CTR, conversions, and deposits.

• Assist in retention and reactivation efforts throughout the player lifecycle, including onboarding, retention, and win-back campaigns.

• Maintain precise campaign configurations while adhering to established CRM processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience as a CRM Specialist, Retention Specialist, or in a comparable role, ideally within the iGaming sector.

• Practical experience with CRM platforms such as Customer.io, Braze, Optimove, Smartico, or similar tools.

• Proficient in launching communications across Email, Push, In-App, Inbox, or other CRM channels.

• Hands-on experience in configuring triggered communications and automated campaign journeys.

• Knowledge of the player lifecycle, including onboarding, retention, reactivation, and win-back strategies.

• Experience in configuring bonuses based on predefined criteria, including free spins, deposit bonuses, and wagering requirements.

• Basic knowledge of HTML for editing email templates and familiarity with block-based email builders.

• Understanding of campaign performance metrics, including open rates, CTR, conversions, and deposits.

• Strong attention to detail with experience in quality assurance before campaign launches.

• Familiarity with task management tools such as Jira, ClickUp, or similar platforms.

• Capability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines.
