CRM Business Solution Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +8 more locations.

📋 Description

• Create comprehensive technology solutions that align with business objectives, performance criteria, and scalability requirements.

• Design solution architecture diagrams, technical specifications, and implementation strategies.

• Assess and propose platforms, tools, and technologies that are in accordance with enterprise architecture guidelines.

• Collaborate with business leaders, product owners, and various teams to convert requirements into technical implementations.

• Provide counsel to stakeholders while balancing business needs, technical viability, effort, and associated risks.

• Facilitate digital transformation and ongoing improvement initiatives.

• Offer architectural advice to development, infrastructure, and vendor teams.

• Mentor developers and administrators on the appropriate use of Flow, Apex, or LWC.

• Oversee API limits and choose between real-time, batch, or event-driven integration methods.

• Ensure that solutions comply with security, data privacy, and regulatory standards.

• Review and authorize technical designs, integrations, and system modifications.

• Architect integrations across ERP SAP, HRIS, CRM, cloud platforms, and CPQ.

• Maintain consistency and interoperability among platforms and environments.

• Support solutions that are cloud-based, hybrid, and on-premises.

• Establish and uphold architectural standards, best practices, and documentation.

• Engage in architecture review boards and change management activities.

• Record the reasoning behind architectural choices.

• Identify technical debt and suggest strategies for remediation.

• Assess third-party vendors and solution providers, including those on AppExchange.

• Assist with RFPs, vendor selection, and technical evaluations of contracts.

• Collaborate with project managers and project owners to ensure solutions are delivered on schedule and within scope.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline.

• Salesforce Certified Application Architect or System Architect.

• Over 7 years of progressive experience in IT.

• A minimum of 3–5 years in a Solutions Architect or similar role.

• Extensive expertise with Sales Cloud.

• Experience in designing enterprise-scale solutions across applications, infrastructure, data, and integrations.

• Demonstrated experience working in intricate, cross-functional settings.

• Strong familiarity with AgentForce, Mulesoft, and the Sales Cloud environment.

• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

• Understanding of application architecture and system integrations.
