This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Idaho, +2 more states.
• Establish and nurture relationships with key decision-makers to create future business opportunities.
• Enhance profitability and grow existing accounts by marketing ICU Medical Critical Care products.
• Broaden relationships into new sectors with potential new accounts.
• Achieve sales targets for the Critical Care product line within the designated territory.
• Develop exceptional presentation skills and in-depth technical knowledge of ICU Medical products.
• Convey clinical advantages to hospital clinicians effectively.
• Utilize expertise in hemodynamic patient monitoring, temperature management, and pain management.
• Position ICU Medical products against competitors from a clinical standpoint.
• Act as a clinical expert and a consultative problem-solver for clinical and supply chain contacts.
• Gain a comprehensive understanding of the assigned territory, customer accounts, contracts, competitive products, and distribution channels.
• Conduct trials and implement Critical Care products.
• Cultivate market knowledge and connections with clinicians through local professional organizations.
• Maintain communication with managers and align sales strategies with company and regional objectives.
• Be available to work occasional weekends or nights as needed.
• Previous experience in Critical Care and Anesthesia medical device sales is mandatory.
• Strategic thinker capable of developing and executing a business plan to enhance market share at key accounts.
• Proven ability to drive sales growth and achieve results through data-driven continuous improvement methodologies.
• Self-driven, enthusiastic, professional, and capable of executing job responsibilities with minimal oversight.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Strong skills in delivering presentations.
• Effective organizational skills and the capacity to multitask.
• Proficient in computer applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• A bachelor's degree from an accredited institution is required.
• At least 5 years of experience in medical device sales.
• Demonstrated history of meeting quotas/growth in territory and nurturing existing customer relationships with Supply Chain.
• Must maintain active compliance with all credentialing requirements, including COVID-19 vaccination.
• Possession of a valid driver's license and adherence to the Authorized Driver Policy.
• Typically requires travel exceeding 50% of the time.
