This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alaska, +2 more states.
• Establish and nurture relationships with key decision-makers to foster future business opportunities.
• Enhance profitability and grow existing accounts by promoting ICU Medical Critical Care products.
• Expand customer relationships into new territories and additional accounts.
• Achieve territory sales targets for ICU Medical Critical Care products.
• Master presentations and technical knowledge to effectively convey clinical benefits to hospital clinicians.
• Position ICU Medical offerings against competing products as a clinical expert and consultative problem solver.
• Gain a thorough understanding of the assigned territory, customer base, contracts, competitive products, and distribution models.
• Oversee trials and the implementation of ICU Medical Critical Care products.
• Cultivate knowledge of local clinicians through involvement with ASA, SCCM, AACN, and AAMI chapters.
• Collaborate with managers to align sales strategies with company and regional objectives.
• Previous experience in Critical Care and Anesthesia medical device sales is essential.
• A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution is mandatory.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in medical device sales is required.
• Background in Anesthesia or Critical Care products is preferred.
• Demonstrated success in achieving sales quotas and fostering growth in territory while developing relationships with Supply Chain.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must maintain active and current compliance with all credentialing requirements, including COVID-19 vaccination.
• A valid driver’s license is required, along with adherence to the Authorized Driver Policy.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to create and implement a business plan.
• Proven capability to drive sales growth using data-driven continuous improvement tools and methodologies.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in computer applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Flexibility to work weekends and nights occasionally, as needed.
• Travel is typically required for more than 50% of the time.
• Work may be conducted from a home office equipped with standard office technology.
