This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oklahoma.
• Promote designated products and devices within the hospital environment
• Serve as the main point of contact for customers
• Collaborate with company counterparts who are responsible for the account
• Obtain certification to instruct on the setup and use of the drug delivery device
• Convey product details and address customer objections effectively
• Gain an understanding of disease states, therapeutic areas, market dynamics, and competing products
• Utilize clinical data during the sales process
• Evaluate territory and account data to uncover business opportunities
• Prioritize sales tasks, assess targets, achieve goals, and monitor sales impact
• Cultivate relationships with key opinion leaders and execute product-strategy programs to enhance sales
• Maintain connections with both internal colleagues and external healthcare professionals/customers
• Ensure adherence to relevant laws, policies, and procedures
• Meet expectations for speaker engagements and other available resources
• Train users at all levels on the device
• Provide services to neonatal healthcare professionals, physicians, mid-level providers, respiratory therapists, nurses, and hospital administrators
• B.A. or B.S. degree in a relevant field, accompanied by 2+ years of recent hospital sales experience, or 5+ years of specialty sales experience
• In lieu of a Bachelor’s degree, an Associate’s Degree and 5+ years of proven success in pharmaceutical or industry-equivalent experience within hospitals/institutions
• Current experience within the territory and familiarity with the customer base is highly preferred
• Strong technical and clinical presentation and sales abilities
• Exceptional verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated track record of sales success combined with solid business acumen
• Superior planning and organizational capabilities
• Strong collaboration and teamwork skills
• Valid driver’s license required
• Must successfully pass all product training assessments
• Willingness to travel overnight as necessary
• Proficient computer skills
• M.B.A. is an advantage
• Experience in academic and community institutional selling is preferred
• Familiarity with the institutional contracting process is preferred
• Experience in Respiratory Therapy within institutions is preferred
• Background in ventilator sales/field experience is preferred
