Crisis Line Clinician – Weekends/Overnights

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.

📋 Description

• Deliver trauma-informed and person-centered crisis intervention over the phone.

• Evaluate caller needs, perform safety screenings, and link to suitable services or resources.

• Collaborate with both internal and external providers to guarantee coordinated care.

• Keep accurate and timely documentation in line with agency standards.

• Engage in supervision and team meetings to foster continuous improvement.

• Assist individuals in rural areas and help ensure their access to care through the Disaster Line.

⛳️ Requirements

• An associate degree or completion of 60 college credit hours is required.

• A bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, or a related field is preferred.

• A minimum of one (1) year of experience in behavioral health or human services if the associate degree is the highest level of education attained.

• A working knowledge of DSM-V is required.

• Strong active listening skills and the ability to communicate with empathy and professionalism.

• Ability to stay calm and focused in high-pressure situations.

• Comfortable working independently while also collaborating with a supportive team.
