Crisis Line Clinician – Weekend/Days

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.

📋 Description

• Deliver trauma-informed and person-centered crisis intervention through phone communication.

• Evaluate caller needs, conduct safety screenings, and connect them to suitable services or resources.

• Collaborate with both internal and external providers to guarantee coordinated care.

• Keep precise and timely documentation in accordance with agency standards.

• Engage in supervision and team meetings to foster continuous improvement.

• Assist individuals in rural areas to ensure they have access to care.

⛳️ Requirements

• An associate degree or completion of 60 college credit hours is required.

• A bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, or a related field is preferred.

• Minimum of one (1) year of experience in behavioral health or human services if an associate degree is the highest qualification obtained.

• Proficient understanding of DSM-V is required.

• Ability to excel in active listening and communicate with empathy and professionalism.

• Capacity to remain calm and focused in high-pressure situations.

• Comfortable working independently while collaborating with a supportive team.
