Credit Repair Lead Generation Virtual Assistant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Conduct research on potential clients according to criteria set by the client.

• Create and manage organized lists of leads.

• Confirm basic contact details and information about prospects.

• Classify leads by their source, status, and required next actions.

• Assist in refining the target audience as the process evolves.

• Perform approved email or digital outreach utilizing messaging provided by the client and adhering to compliance guidelines.

• Guide interested prospects to the designated website or intake channels.

• Follow up digitally with prospects who show interest.

• Refrain from unsolicited outbound calls or telemarketing.

• Monitor responses and track the status of leads.

• Keep accurate records of notes and subsequent actions.

• Identify leads that are ready for direct client engagement.

• Maintain consistent follow-up with interested prospects.

• Organize spreadsheets, contact lists, and lead documentation.

• Generate basic summaries of activities.

• Assist with ongoing lead-generation administrative tasks.

• Support additional business functions as the role evolves.

• Deliver services professionally, adhering to agreed timelines, guidelines, and deliverables.

• Report to a designated point of contact, to be determined.


⛳️ Requirements

• Previous experience in credit repair is mandatory.

• Experience in banking and lead generation is highly preferred.

• Excellent written communication skills are required.

• Experience with spreadsheets and lead tracking is essential.

• Experience in email outreach is preferred.

• Background in financial services or real estate is advantageous but not essential.

• Familiarity with compliant outreach practices is a plus.

• Strong ability in online research.

• Must be organized and consistent.

• Comfort with email-based lead generation is required.

• Proficient in written English.

• Persistence is valued, without being overly aggressive.

• Ability to follow compliance-focused procedures.

• Comfortable working independently while adhering to established criteria.

• Results-driven and capable of clearly tracking activities.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets.

• Familiarity with email marketing platforms.

• Knowledge of CRM and lead tracking systems.

• Proficient in using online research tools.

• Familiar with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.

• Availability for 10 contracted hours per week, Monday through Friday.

• Preference for English language proficiency; good spoken and written English is required.
