Credit Policy Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee the Credit team, promoting technical development, tracking outcomes, and consistently enhancing processes.

• Direct analyses and strategies concerning the credit lifecycle, focusing on achieving a balance between growth, profitability, and risk.

• Evaluate performance metrics, portfolio quality, and financial outcomes, pinpointing areas for enhancement.

• Suggest and execute initiatives aimed at refining credit policies, strategies, and processes.

• Collaborate effectively with Product, Commercial, Modeling, MIS, Collections, Technology, and other partner teams.

• Assist in creating studies, executive presentations, and materials for leadership decision-making.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related fields.

• Experience in Credit, along with knowledge and practical experience in financial solutions, payment methods, and financial institutions.

• Proficiency in data analysis, strategy formulation, and monitoring business KPIs.

• Background in leading or coordinating teams, whether formally or by influence.

• Understanding of credit products and metrics related to risk and profitability.

• Preferred familiarity with SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools like Power BI or similar.

• Knowledge of cloud services such as AWS and Azure.

• Strong analytical skills, business insight, and a problem-solving mindset.
