This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Assess client income, liabilities, credit profiles, and borrowing capacity to determine deal viability and identify potential risks.
• Conduct serviceability calculations across various major Australian banks and non-bank lenders.
• Connect clients with suitable lenders, government programs, and LMI waiver alternatives.
• Create comprehensive, submission-ready loan application packages and manage lodgements via ApplyOnline or Simpology.
• Oversee a pipeline of 10–20 simultaneous deals in MyCRM, ensuring accurate record-keeping, status monitoring, and compliance documentation.
• Monitor lender requirements, collect necessary documentation, and advance applications through to full approval and settlement stages.
• Write professional credit narratives.
• Liaise with lenders, conveyancers, real estate agents, and clients to address inquiries and move files forward.
• Operate independently to enhance deal processing speed while upholding quality standards across the residential portfolio.
• 4–5 years of relevant experience in Australian mortgage broking support, bank credit assessment, or lending operations.
• Demonstrated hands-on experience with MyCRM (a mandatory requirement).
• Familiarity with lodgement systems such as ApplyOnline or Simpology.
• Strong understanding of APRA lending guidelines, Household Expenditure Measure (HEM) benchmarks, and Responsible Lending Obligations.
• Comprehensive knowledge of First Home Owner Grants, LMI waivers, and Australian Government Home Guarantee Schemes.
• Exceptional written English skills.
• Proven ability to produce clear and coherent credit notes.
• Capability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Previous experience in commercial finance, equipment loans, or analyzing financial statements for self-employed individuals is preferred but not mandatory.
• Experience in managing deal automation workflows or custom dashboards within Australian broking software systems is preferred but not mandatory.
• Experience in directly mentoring or guiding first-time home buyers through the complete loan application process is preferred but not mandatory.
