This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Oversee the credentialing and privileging process for hospitals, as well as medical licensure requirements.
β’ Communicate the necessary application criteria and organize the required paperwork.
β’ Provide credentialing information and documents while monitoring timelines.
β’ Collaborate with medical personnel, credentialing offices, medical boards, and external license facilitation agencies.
β’ Record progress using the Salesforce Credentialing database.
β’ Identify and escalate concerns and critical issues to the manager.
β’ Maintain up-to-date credentialing information for Physicians and Advanced Providers.
β’ Follow up to secure required paperwork and credential copies.
β’ Conduct preboarding for partners, employees, and contractors.
β’ Monitor credentialing applications and verify necessary background checks and online credentialing details.
β’ Assist with malpractice insurance or site requirements until hiring prerequisites are fulfilled.
β’ Digitally scan and organize provider, employee, and contractor documents.
β’ Coordinate necessary paperwork with both internal and external departments.
β’ Deliver customer service and credentialing assistance.
β’ Execute related duties as assigned.
β’ A minimum of one year of relevant work experience is required.
β’ An Associate degree in a related field; or a combination of education and professional experience that demonstrates the necessary knowledge, skills, and abilities.
β’ Capability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
β’ Proficient in articulating ideas and conveying information effectively both verbally and in writing.
β’ Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize under tight deadlines.
β’ Capacity to work independently and collaboratively within a team in a fast-paced environment.
β’ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word).
β’ Excellent attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
