Credentialing Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete provider enrollment process from start to finish.

• Act as the main power user for CAQH ProView, handling profile pulls, re-attestations, and addressing technical enrollment challenges.

• Examine sanctions alerts and NPDB inquiries.

• Accurately document and escalate any adverse findings.

• Collaborate with key provider groups to review credentialing standards.

• Ensure provider rosters are precise and up-to-date.

• Manage the re-credentialing schedule to avoid compliance issues.

• Coordinate with the Account Management team to alleviate bottlenecks.

• Keep audit-ready documentation for licenses, Certificates of Insurance (COIs), and accreditations.

• Assist leadership decisions by maintaining a thorough audit trail.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong background in healthcare credentialing, provider enrollment, or managed care operations.

• Expertise in CAQH ProView.

• Familiarity with NPDB query processes.

• A compliance-oriented mindset with keen attention to detail.

• Capability to investigate discrepancies and independently resolve unclear provider files.

• Proficient in Google Workspace, particularly Sheets.

• Comfortable working in a technology-driven startup environment.

• Experience with AI-enhanced workflows for drafting, analysis, and research; ability to responsibly check AI outputs with sensitive data.

• CPCS or CPMSM certification is an advantage.

• Familiarity with CAQH SanctionsTrack℠ is a plus.

• Experience in radiology, imaging, or fast-growing outpatient provider networks is beneficial.
