This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Identify and recruit creators via TikTok, agencies, marketplaces, inbound applications, and direct outreach.
• Develop and expand a diverse pipeline of creators for both paid and organic content.
• Discover new segments and opportunities among creators.
• Foster long-term relationships with creators while ensuring a positive experience.
• Manage creator interactions from initial contact through onboarding, briefing, deliverables, revisions, and payment.
• Negotiate deliverables, usage rights, and exclusivity, ensuring all rights are secured prior to publication or paid utilization.
• Organize the creator pipeline to guarantee timely and high-quality content delivery.
• Recruit, onboard, and oversee TikTok Shop affiliate creators.
• Contribute to the growth of TikTok Shop as a channel for acquisition and sales.
• Partner with the Performance Marketing Manager and VA team to prioritize affiliate initiatives.
• Lead and develop a small team of Virtual Assistants.
• Establish standards for outreach, affiliate management, and social commerce execution.
• Manage the content pipeline for paid advertising, whitelisting, partnership ads, and organic social media.
• Maintain a searchable library of content with documented usage rights.
• Collaborate with teams from Performance Marketing, Organic Social, Growth, Copy, Design, Video, Finance, and Legal.
• Track active creators, content volume, cost per asset, creator performance, and affiliate outcomes.
• Utilize performance insights to pinpoint gaps and opportunities within the creator network.
• Demonstrated experience in sourcing and managing creators at scale, with a network and proven track record.
• Practical experience with TikTok Shop, particularly in recruiting and managing affiliate creators.
• In-depth understanding of the TikTok creator ecosystem and the factors that motivate creators to collaborate with brands.
• Experience engaging with creator agencies and marketplaces.
• Proficient in negotiating creator agreements, including usage rights, exclusivity, and deliverables.
• Experience in managing a VA or remote operations team.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to handle a high-volume creator pipeline.
• Strong written communication skills, particularly when managing creator relationships remotely.
• Growth-oriented mindset with the capacity to build a creator network and program from a small foundation.
• Dependable, proactive, and comfortable taking initiative and ensuring follow-through.
• Availability to work core business hours aligned with Central and Eastern Time (CST/EST).
