Creator Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Oversee and expand creator portfolios

• Assist talent in enhancing their platform visibility and securing brand partnerships

• Identify and onboard both emerging and established creators

• Cultivate and maintain relationships with brands and agencies

• Negotiate agreements with brands and record labels

• Formulate content strategies for clients

• Collaborate with internal teams to strategize and expand the talent roster

• Operate independently in a vibrant, fast-paced environment

• Must reside in Texas or another U.S. state

• Proficiency with major social media platforms like TikTok and Instagram

• Strong communication and negotiation abilities

• Capacity to work independently and manage your own objectives

• Eagerness to work hard to achieve results

• Resume and cover letter outlining experience and qualifications

• Bonus: Background in talent management, social media influencers, sales, or marketing agencies
