Creator Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Oversee influencer portfolios while assisting creators in enhancing their platform presence and securing brand partnerships.

• Identify and onboard new creators, with a focus on both emerging and established influencers.

• Negotiate agreements with brands and recording labels.

• Create content strategies tailored for clients.

• Cultivate and maintain relationships with brands and agencies to book talent for various campaigns.

• Collaborate with internal teams to develop strategy and grow Grail’s talent roster.

• Manage creator careers, audience expansion, and content monetization efforts.

• Operate independently in a fast-paced, dynamic remote work environment.

• Strong familiarity with major social media platforms like TikTok and Instagram.

• Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.

• Capacity to work independently and pursue your own objectives.

• Willingness to put in the effort to accomplish tasks.

• Bonus: Background in talent management, social media influencers, sales, or marketing agencies.
