Creator Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.

📋 Description

• Oversee influencer portfolios and assist creators in enhancing their platform visibility while securing partnerships with brands.

• Identify and onboard both emerging and established creators.

• Negotiate agreements with brands and record labels.

• Formulate content strategies tailored for clients.

• Establish and maintain relationships with brands and agencies to secure talent for campaigns.

• Work collaboratively with internal teams to influence company strategy and broaden the talent roster.

• Operate independently in a fast-paced, dynamic, remote work setting.

• Knowledge of major social media platforms such as TikTok and Instagram.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Capacity to work independently and pursue your own objectives.

• Eagerness to take initiative and complete tasks effectively.

• Experience in talent management, social media influencers, sales, or marketing agencies is advantageous.
