Creator Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Oversee and enhance creator portfolios by managing influencers and assisting them in growing their presence on various platforms while securing brand partnerships.

• Identify and onboard new creators, targeting both emerging and well-established influencers.

• Cultivate and maintain relationships with brands and agencies to facilitate talent bookings for campaigns.

• Negotiate contractual agreements with brands and record labels.

• Create and implement content strategies for clients.

• Collaborate with internal teams to define the overarching strategy and expand Grail’s roster of talent.

• Operate independently in a fast-paced, flexible, and remote work environment.

• Assist creators in expanding their audiences and monetizing their content using proprietary software and expertise.

• Proficiency with major social media platforms like TikTok and Instagram.

• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.

• Capability to work independently and pursue your own initiatives.

• A proactive approach to achieving goals.

• Experience in talent management, social media influencers, sales, or marketing agencies is advantageous.
