Creator Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Oversee the careers and influencer portfolios of content creators.

• Assist creators in expanding their audience and monetizing their content.

• Negotiate partnership agreements with brands and record labels.

• Create content strategies tailored for clients.

• Identify and onboard new creators.

• Establish and maintain relationships with brands and agencies.

• Arrange talent for influencer marketing initiatives.

• Collaborate with internal teams on company strategies and the expansion of the talent roster.

• Work independently and remotely while managing your own schedule.

• Knowledge of major social media platforms such as TikTok and Instagram.

• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.

• Capability to work independently and pursue your own agenda.

• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.

• A resume and cover letter outlining your experience and qualifications.

• Bonus: experience in talent management, social media influencers, sales, or marketing agencies.

• Must be a manager located in Canada / one of the top managers Canada has to offer.
