Creative Tech – Solution Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

📋 Description

• Assume complete technical leadership of missions and provide support for the functional environment.

• Develop architecture, assist in staffing, assign tasks, and prioritize work to ensure the success of projects.

• Adjust to project changes and independently navigate intricate organizational frameworks.

• Oversee the financial components of projects and missions to ensure delivery remains within scope and budget.

• Serve as a recognized subject matter expert and reference point within the group.

• Create highly scalable and resilient solutions utilizing Java, .Net, or Python alongside contemporary architectures and patterns.

• Implement solutions on Azure, GCP, or AWS.

• Advocate for quality management principles, processes, and tools.

• Comprehend client requirements and deliver solutions that provide a competitive advantage.

• Establish enduring client relationships and influence strategic decisions.

• Lead intricate sales proposals, negotiations, and technical pre-sales efforts.

• Suggest enhancements to client organizations and their processes.

• Identify project obstacles and formulate robust, scalable solutions.

• Assess project risks and execute action plans.

• Conduct high-level workshops and meetings within complex, multi-stakeholder settings.

• Mentor internal Devoteam team members and third parties at client locations.

• Integrate new technologies and methodologies while promoting a culture of learning.

• Drive training initiatives and enhance professional development for the consulting community.

• Communicate Devoteam's strategy and values to clients and internal partners.

• Engage in recruitment interviews and co-optation processes.

• Sustain internal networks and contribute to technical and methodological communities as well as service-offer development.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in designing highly scalable and resilient solutions.

• Extensive experience in solution architecture with a proven history of leading complex digital transformations.

• Proficiency in Java, .Net, or Python.

• Familiarity with modern architectures and primary design patterns.

• Significant experience in deployment on Azure, GCP, or AWS.

• Strong public speaking abilities that make a lasting impact.

• Capability to unite and persuade stakeholders in challenging environments.

• Proficient in English at a minimum B2 level.

• Advanced skills in spoken and written English.

• Ability to motivate others, recognize individual strengths, and build high-performing teams.

• Deep understanding of the strategic and practical implications of technical decisions.
