Creative Strategist, Social Ads – Native French

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

📋 Description

• Facilitate creative strategy discussions with the media buying team and creative strategy agencies.

• Oversee the AI data studio and manage creative KPIs.

• Evaluate creative performance and identify new angles, hooks, and formats for testing.

• Transform the ideas and insights of the founding team into actionable angles and briefs.

• Develop static advertisements and landing pages using Claude Code.

• Script, film, and edit videos featuring the founders.

• Script and edit additional videos utilizing AI technology.

• Create a smart internal asset library powered by AI.

• Provide briefs to creative agencies and monitor the delivery of their assets.

• Report KPIs on the dashboard and communicate them to agencies.

• Review, refine, and approve creative assets from agencies.

• Organize and coordinate professional photo and video shoots with creative agencies.

• Ensure that all creative materials comply with Meta advertising policies and dietary supplement regulations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Native-level proficiency in French is essential, along with a deep understanding of French cultural norms.

• Demonstrated experience in large-scale e-commerce social advertising.

• Background in creative strategy development.

• Experience in scripting user-generated content and advertising material.

• Strong knowledge of Meta Ads and media buying processes.

• Excellent grasp of TikTok and Meta content standards.

• Robust understanding of pacing, audience retention, and conversion strategies.

• Proficiency in filming (using iPhone and camera) and editing (with CapCut and Premiere Pro).

• Comfortable with AI tools and enthusiastic about utilizing them, especially Claude Code.

• Strong appreciation for premium branding and aesthetics.

• Interest in beauty, wellness, and women’s health topics.

• Quick, self-sufficient, and detail-oriented.

• Fluent in English.

• Experience with AI video editing tools is a significant advantage.

• Familiarity with Claude Code is a considerable benefit.

• Experience in organizing professional shoots is a noteworthy plus.
